What payment methods are accepted?
- A list of accepted payment methods can be found at the bottom of all pages.
- For Venmo payments: please ensure "enable mobile web purchases" has been selected in your Venmo account and then choose the PayPal option during checkout. A Venmo option will then appear.
Why can't I apply my discount code?
- There is a limit of one discount code per order.
When will my order ship?
- We ship daily Monday - Saturday.
- Most orders will typically ship same business day, if able, or within two business days at the latest.
Where will my order ship from?
- Your order will either ship from Knoxville, TN or Atlanta, GA.
Where is my tracking information?
- A tracking number is emailed to you once we ship your order.
- You may also email us to obtain your tracking number.
What is your refund policy?
- All items have a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know, and we would be happy to provide you with a refund upon receiving the items back.
I ordered the wrong size - what are my options?
- We are more than happy to swap your item out for the correct size. The buyer is responsible for return shipping as we cannot be held responsible for ordering the wrong size.
Are returns accepted?
- Absolutely! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date for all orders.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- A refund, minus shipping expense if applicable, will be provided once we receive the items.
